As a CNC operator, you will be responsible for setting up and programming CNC-controlled machines. You will conduct quality checks and may also handle processes such as heat treatment and surface treatment.

We are looking for someone with a CNC education and a few years of experience as a CNC operator. You have good knowledge of reading drawings and measurement techniques, as well as programming experience. It is important that you are flexible and can work different shifts. You should have a strong focus on quality, be meticulous and willing to work, and have a great interest in technology. Your ability to take initiative and your positive attitude are crucial.

It is an advantage if you have experience with different types of machines and control systems, as well as knowledge in heat treatment or surface treatment. Previous work with Lean and continuous improvements is also a benefit. We value experience from a manufacturing industry and the ability to combine practical work with theoretical problem-solving.
